Friday, 25 April – As an extension to their learning about the Science topic, Plants, the students of class 3 went on an informative and enjoyable field trip to the Botanical Garden Sector 14 Chandigarh. The warming April weather had the spectacular colours of spring on display . The kids collected fallen leaves, twigs, seed pods and flowers . Some highlights- the green house, glass house with varieties of cacti, palm grove, bamboo grove, lily pond, lotus pond and fruit trees . A great morning of exploration indeed !
