It was for the first time that a collective thematic assembly by students of classes1,2&3 was put up on 26 May 2015 as part of the Biodiversity and Sustainability Week Celebrations .Students of class 1 enthralled the audience by their powerful performances in a role play on the importance of an ecological balance of the environment.
An informative PPT depicting the importance of a food chain was also shown which was well appreciated by the audience.
Students of class 2 talked about the various endangered species and the importance of their protection.
Students of class 3 put up a wonderful skit ‘The Colourless Tiger’ which was written by the students themselves under the guidance of the teachers.
they also recited poems in Hindi and English on the importance of Biodiversity. The assembly ended with an applauding dance performance y girls from classes1,2,3 projecting the atrocities of humans on animals ,especially ,’The Tiger.’
