22nd JA Student company “Tanzim Boite” has 11 members including directors, chiefs of four departments namely Finance, Marketing and Sales, Production and Human Resources. The product this year is “Tanzim Cube”. This is a portable product which helps keep stationery material like pens, pencils, sharpeners etc. in one place. It also includes memo pads and sticky flags which help the users in making their plans more effective. This project is an initiative to help the company members experience the real business set up and take decisions while upholding their designations. It was a great learning experience while dealing with the selling of a non-food product and also thinking about the new marketing strategies for promoting and selling the product.
