Inter-House Business Plan Competition 2025
Purpose of the Competition
The Inter-House Business Plan Competition was conducted by the Commerce Department with the following objectives:
- To encourage entrepreneurial thinking and innovation among students.
- To provide a platform for students to pitch viable business ideas.
- To simulate real-world business environments and enhance presentation abilities.
Overview of the Event
The competition was held on 23 May 2025, with enthusiastic participation from all four houses. Each house formed a team comprising 2 students from Grade IX – XII. The teams were required to present a detailed business plan including key aspects like:
- Business Idea and Vision
- Promotion Strategies
- Financial Projections
- Sustainability and Innovation
Highlights
- Students demonstrated a high level of creativity about – SILENTedu- An App For Deaf Children For Effective Online Learning, AEROMOSS – Breathing Life Into Urban Spaces, NOISE2LIGHT – Energy-Harvesting Smart Streetlight, NEURONEST AI – Where Mental Health Meets Intelligent Innovation etc.
- Each presentation was allotted 5-7 minutes followed by a Q&A round judged by a panel comprising Ms. Saniya and Ms. Tamanpreet, both our Ex-Vivekites. The judges appreciated the confidence and clarity in the presentations.
Results
- Individual
Vidur Suri (10 IG) presented SuryaSakhi and stood Winner. Second position was shared by Aadil Anoop Ohri (11 B) and Samarth Bhatia (11 B) followed by Taranpreet Kaur (11 B).
