The Eco Club of Vivek High School celebrated Earth Day on April 22, 2025, marking 55 years since the first Earth Day. This year’s theme, “Our Power, Our Planet,” urged bold action against climate change.
Highlights included a powerful student play titled “Climate Change: Time to Act is Now” and a heartfelt song by the school choir on saving our planet. Students pledged to spread awareness, plant trees, reduce waste, and take daily steps for a sustainable future.
Students were recognized for their efforts in energy conservation. Class 7B from the previous session received special appreciation for maintaining a clean, organized classroom and being mindful of switching off lights and fans when not in use.
