Humankind is going through a new and unprecedented experience with the rapidly spreading Covid-19 pandemic. Yet, this hasn’t stopped young minds from connecting virtually, and new platforms have rapidly emerged for them to think, discuss and deliberate.
A delegation of five students, namely, Adhiraj Ahuja (XII C), Tanisha Behl (XIB), Sadgi Kaur (XIB), Dilraj Singh Dhillon (XI C) and Mehr Minhas (XI C) participated in online edition of BVCMUN held in June 2020.
With a plethora of delegates from all round the globe debating over the burning issues in today’s world, it was truly an enriching learning experience for the delegates and proved to be a platform for them to put forth their perspective and engage with other delegates virtually. All five delegates from our school did exceptionally well in the conference and brought laurels to the school by winning the various awards in their respective committees:
- Best Delegate – Tanisha Bahl
- High Commendation – Adhiraj Ahuja, Dilraj Singh Dhillon and Mehr Minhas
- Special Mention – Sadgi Kaur
