THE JACP launches “The Galletas Treat”
“The Galletas Treat” was launched on the 19th of October, 2015. It is the name of the company launched under the aegis of the Junior Achievement Company Programme that engages students from grade 11 in the Commerce stream in a real time company scenario that includes the 4 P’s of marketing – product, place, price and promotion.
The prelaunch phase included rigorous training workshops, brain storming sessions on product ideation, finalization of the product, qualitative research to understand the target audience, related production and implementation strategies, promotion strategies, etc. The Company’s product “BISCOTTO de CUSTARD – A Blended Value Business” is a combination of cookies and custard.
The company was launched by our Principal, Mrs. Renu Puri and the Vice Principal, Mrs. Kimmy Dhanoa. The Chief Guest, Mr. Mushtaq Ahmed, addressed the audience and encouraged the company management to work with diligence. The Programme is being mentored by Dr. Savita Nanda Ghai.
