A Vivek High School delegation of 10 students from Grade 9 to 12 attended the second edition of St. John’s MUN conference held from July 22 to 24, 2022. Over a span of 3 days, the students learnt the art of diplomacy, got thoroughly updated on their current affairs, learnt how to lobby and most importantly how to manage their time and be independent.
Ultimately, after gruelling debate over three days, our school delegation took home following awards:
- Aryan Bhardwaj (12 B2) won Best Photographer in the International Press.
- Saanchi Aggarwal (XI) won Best Delegate in the International Court of Justice
- Anvi Gupta (IX) won High Commendation in the International Court of Justice
- Kashvi Wadhwa (X) won Honourable Mention in UN Women
- Lavanya Puri (X) won Special Mention in UN Women
- Anant Jain (X) won Special Mention in UNGA SOCHUM
