An Inter-House Punjabi Poetry Recitation Competition was organized on 30th August 2025 at Vivek High School.
Beauty is the realm of poetry, and the students of Classes VII and VIII enthusiastically participated in the competition, as they got an opportunity to exhibit their talent and confidence. The competition inspired the young poets to come forward and recite on stage. The students presented a variety of poems and enjoyed the perfection of expression, thoughts, emotions, rhythm, and the music of words.
The participants from all four houses — Nalanda, Gandhara, Taxila, and Vikramashila — left no stone unturned in their efforts to win glory for their house. Students were judged on parameters such as confidence, voice modulation, memorization, and overall presentation.
The young poets enthralled the audience with their articulation and memory skills while reciting poems, and everyone was delighted by their impressive performances. The judges appreciated and applauded the efforts and performances of all the participants.
