The Hyderabad School hosted a conference for students aged 12-13 in which over 172 students from 24 schools across the country and abroad participated.
The VHS delegates were:

The conference started with Ice Breaking sessions followed by a scintillating performance by India’s only professional orchestra, “Symphony Orchestra of India” from the National Center for Performing Arts, Mumbai at the newly built Open Air Theatre. The next day commenced with the Opening Ceremony, which included music and dance performances. A Keynote Speech by renowned wildlife conservationist Mr. Saad Bin Jung, enlightened the delegates on the importance of wildlife conservation. An Cultural Evening Show was organized wherein all schools participated showcasing their skills in dance performances, skits, and melodious songs. A few Barazza Sessions were conducted by the student barazza leaders on the theme and adventure activities in which students shared their opinions and experiences. Adventure Activities included bonfires & overnight camping on the school campus with a Tent-Pitching activity and a visit to the Forest Urban Park for Cliff -In adventure activities. The delegates had an exciting day at Ramoji Film Studio, a magical realm filled with excitement and wonderful surprises at every turn, where they witnessed the Carnival and enjoyed the Barbeque dinner and DJ party under the twinkling stars. At the Closing Ceremony, the delegates were fortunate enough to interact with the keynote speaker Dr. Arun Kumar Tiwari, a missile scientist, and an author. This conference taught them some great life skills through fun yet meaningful experiences.
It was indeed a golden opportunity and a worthwhile learning experience for the ‘VHS Team’.
