The team of Aadil Bedi and Vasundhara Thiara, won the All India Interschool Albatross Golf championship for Vivek High School, for record third time. Team Vivek scored 300 and beat Modern School Vasant Vihar, New Delhi by 4 shots, over two days of play. Aadil And Vasundhara also won in their respective individual categories A and B. Aadil was the only player who shot under par round with the score of 70 and 73 (143 one under) and won by huge margin of 8 shots in category
A. Vasundhara Shot 81,76 (157) and won by 15 shots in category B.
The Albatross Team Championship in A/ B category boys/ girls saw participation from twelve school that included Doon School Dehradoon, Army public School ,New Delhi, Maharaja Sawai Man Singh School, Jaipur and Modern School, New Delhi. Over hundred school going young golfers participated in the Championship, held at the ITC Classic Golf Course, Gurgaon, over the two day event.
